This fascinating photo of Preston Works in 1955 shows locomotives for the Gold Coast, Netherlands, Rhodesia, South Africa and the prototype Deltic. Strange to think BR was still building steam locos at the time. Thanks to Mark Carey who rescued this photo from a scrap bin.
